Het Blauwe uur

The "blue hour" is the moment just before the sun rises. There is a strange glow in the air and audible silence.  Three paintings related to dawn are brought to life by the actors.  Time plays a game. Present and past are mixed like colours on a painter's palette. The actors play stories and give their own interpretations of the artworks in the language of their new home: Dutch.
